INVADED BY A CREATURE (they say 'baby')

My world started out GREAT Saturday - G&G & I went running at Parkrose where I sent a Doberman running when he got too close, had fun chasing the ball and frisbee with Gpa & playing with other dogs, later went walking around the neighborhood w/Gma, and playing soccer in the back yard with the neighbor boy Colby. Somewhere along the line I hurt my front right leg - maybe when I collided in mid-air with another dog while we both chased the same frisbee. So I'm limping a bit and think I won't get to go running for a few days. But Gma is rubbing the sore muscle and I think it will be ok.


But then...the eve came and my world just caved in. This CREATURE smelling like milk arrived with G&G. They called her baby "jadyn" and she bewilders me and takes all of G&G's attention! Since I'm not allowed to bark a greeting, I howled and groaned and that sent this creature into a laughing/giggling frenzy while she sat on Gma's lap. The more she giggled the more I howled - G&G thought it was funny but I just got confused. And then I wasn't allowed to lick her face or stand on her blanket - after we got acquainted Gma even put ME in the kitchen and kept the creature with them - ahhhh. I think I could grow to like this tiny being and we could have fun together even if G&G say SHE is the alpha dog when she's here - not me.

My evening ended with me throwing up some pork chop bones I had for dinner. It was a full/trying day. And my leg hurts! Tomorrow will be another day.
