A new home (tucson)

After G&G left me at Camp Bow Wow for the night (Jan 5)  they attended the Fiesta Bowl football game - I had fun at the camp but was sure glad they came to get me early
the next day (I didn't want
them to leave me behind).  they said they had a wonderful time and 'their' team won (Texas) with a TD at the end zone where they were seated - 40 rows up from the field in the midst of Ohio State fans.

G&G & I are settling in our new home in Tucson - there are dogs all around us but none of them want to play - most of them are 15-17 yrs old and I scare them when I get excited and want to play.  We do go for nice long walks and I'm doing much better on the leash cause I guess that's just the way it is here - all the dogs have leashes.  Gma embarasses me when she puts on the halti (harness leash) but sez if I would quit pullingl I wouldn't have to have it and I'm learning to do that (I don't like the other dogs to see me disciplined).  There is a nice fenced area where Gpa lets me chase the frisbee.  Boy he sure knows how to throw it good and I catch it almost every time now.  Gma doesn't do very well but she comes along to praise me anyhow.

Today started briskly at 5 am when I got Gma up to go outside - I insisted we walk to the corner to do my business - it was 31o!!! yes 31.  Gma wasn't very happy and even more unhappy when I had to go out again at 7 and it was still 31o.  By 9 am I had filled 3 'poop' bags.  She sez they'll go broke buying the poop bags at this rate.  Mostly, she would prefer I take care of business during the day so she can sleep,  but it was a beautiful morning - their was a full moon and it was so bright and no one else was out yet so we had the streets to ourselves.

I'm having fun taking care of G&G and they are giving me lots of love.
